For many of us, the uncertainty of this time has triggered anxiety and fear so it would be great to take some “Self-care time" to realign with your heart, and allow yourself to come back to centre and release any tension that have being holding you back from loving unconditionally. 

Feeling unable to express your emotions, mentally or physically drained, lost or uncertain are some of the energies we all might be currently experiencing. By joining this event you will increase your Heart Energy frequency levels and bring all the love and passion you need to live your life soulfully. 

We will journey along with Cacao, Meditation, Breathwork, Shamanic Heart Energy Activation & Journaling.

Join Romy for an hour and a half LIVESTREAM workshop (via Zoom) of full Sacred Healing ceremony to open your Heart Opening and connect with the love you have within. It will boost your heart energy centre as she guides you through a Shamanic Healing Journey that will help you to remember the power of Love and reconnect you with all life and all that you are: A Divine being of light & love.

To begin with, Romy will be guiding us to fully arrive into a virtual ceremonial space, grounding our lower energies, so we may be fully present and embodied, and simultaneously opening our upper chakras so we may open to receive what is ready for each of us. 

Holding our collective & individual intentions in our hearts, we will allow the ceremony to start for the healing to unravel!
